Hello Everyone,

The folks who own the building I live in sold it and are forcing everyone to leave for renovation. So now I'm seeking an (UNFURNISHED) room for rent in Midtown Manhattan, Midtown West or Hell's Kitchen starting FEB 29th. We must be out of my current apartment by Feb. 29th. I work for myself earning over $1k a week and need to find a place in the middle of town to better service my clients who are all over Manhattan. 

I'm a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, born and raised in Hawaii. I'm extremely considerate, drama free, friendly, clean & focused mostly on my work and building a new startup company with a business partner. I don't have time for social gatherings or anything outside of building a company with a website set to launch in March. 

I'M OUT OF THE HOUSE EVERYDAY - headed to multiple locations throughout the city and often work from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm. I just need to secure a nice place in the middle of town ASAP so that I can keep working without too much upset to my schedule.
