Burning Man is an annual and very gay friendly festival, taking place in the middle of the desert. .

Once a year, tens of thousands of participants gather in Nevada's Black Rock Desert to create Black Rock City, dedicated to community, art, self-expression, and self-reliance. They depart one week later, having left no trace whatsoever. It's one big free camping site.

Since a couple of years, a gay pride parade takes place during Burning Man.
